By using Keep Your Crowd you agree to these terms. They cover how you can use the platform, what we expect from creators, and what happens if something goes wrong. We'll publish the finalised version before our public launch.
Using the platform
Keep Your Crowd is provided as-is during Early Beta. You must be 18 or older, comply with all local laws in your country, and only post content you have the right to share.
Creator accounts
Approved creators may earn through subscriptions, tips, gifts, livestreams and reels under the tier they have been assigned. Revenue splits, fees and payout timing are documented in the Tiers page and may be updated with reasonable notice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Creators can leave at any time and request export of the audience data they own.
Liability
Keep Your Crowd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. The full liability section will appear in the finalised document.
